Chelsea given green light to sign 21-year-old Serbia international

Dusan Vlahovic has been highly linked with a move to Juventus next summer. However, it appears a move to PL is still a possibility for Serbia international, whose agents were in England this month, to assure suitors that the footballer has not agreed to join the Old Lady.

On the contrary, La Viola have no intention of selling their star footballer to Bianconeri and are exploring the option of a possible sale to a PL club. The likes of Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool are keeping close tabs on this situation and are prepared to rival Juventus in the battle to add Vlahovic.

Chelsea, in particular, have proved to be a massive thorn in the side for the Italian giants. If midweek’s 4-0 battering in the UCL wasn’t enough, Chelsea are apparently interested in Juventus’ winger Federico Chiesa. They are even reportedly weighing up an £84m offer in an attempt to lure the Italian to West London.

In addition to Federico Chiesa, it appears the Blues are now also exploring the possibility of a possible move for Dusan. The 21-year-old centre-forward could be an excellent strike partner for Lukaku and the perfect replacement for Werner, who has been linked with a winter move to Barcelona, among many other teams around Europe.

The Serbian striker, therefore, has no shortage of suitors, should he opt to reject the advances of the Bianconeri. And with the World Cup just around the corner, it won’t be surprising to see the teenager ending up in the PL soon and become Serbia’s undisputed number nine in Qatar.
